提供“帮助与诊断”的测试版本可生成支持编号并复制脱敏摘要。编号有效7天，只用于管理员查询最小服务状态，不能用于登录。旧版本没有该入口时，先提供应用与系统版本即可。

Public downloads are not available yet. This site introduces Votel and explains data processing. Official download and support channels will be provided before public release.
Participating in a test?
Use the original contact channel for your test invitation. Include the app version, macOS version, reproduction steps and time.
Test builds with Help & Diagnostics can generate a support code and copy a redacted summary. The code lasts seven days and gives administrators access to minimal service state; it cannot sign you in. For older builds, start with app and system versions.
Recordings and exports
Your recording library is local. You manage recording files, exported copies and system backups. Preserve the original recording when investigating a problem; avoid repeatedly clearing app data or Keychain credentials.
Purchases and restoration
Subscriptions use Apple. Restore with the store identity associated with the purchase. Never send Apple passwords, verification codes, receipts or signed transactions to support.
Release and availability
Public release, regions, minimum system version and final subscription details remain to be confirmed. Live AI requires connectivity and is subject to regional availability and provider policies. Availability in every country is not promised.
Contact channels
Public support and privacy contacts have not been announced. Placeholder addresses and a private administrator email are not used as working support channels.

开启 AI 后，哪些内容会发送到云端？
实时转录与翻译需要你明确同意。开启后，音频、识别文字与必要上下文会在线处理，以提供转录与翻译。
你可以在“隐私与 AI”关闭云端 AI。关闭后，后续音频继续本地录制，转录与翻译停止；这不会撤回之前已完成的远端处理。
保留期限与处理边界
当前未开启可选请求日志。会话续接状态可能保留最长24小时；滥用监测可能保留相关提示、上下文与输出55天。这些规则不等于所有云端记录都会立即删除。
为提供订阅与额度服务，Votel 保留必要的账号、订阅、用量和交易记录。详细用量历史按30天目标清理，支持编号保留7天。必要交易信息、备份与历史人工副本不承诺同步即时删除。
Apple 与订阅
购买和恢复通过 Apple 处理。Votel 不接收你的 Apple 密码、银行卡号或完整支付资料。当前产品不要求额外注册 Votel 账号。
本网站与支持

Votel is in development. This page describes current processing and its limits. The formal privacy policy, operating entity and contact channel must be completed before public launch. Sales are not open.
Your recording library stays on your Mac
Recorded audio, caption history and exported files are local. Manage and delete recordings in the library. Exported copies, system backups and other copies remain under your control. Recently Deleted is not secure erasure.
What happens when you enable AI?
Live transcription and translation require explicit consent. Audio, recognized text and necessary context are sent for online processing to provide transcription and translation.
You can turn AI off in Privacy & AI. Future audio continues recording locally while transcription and translation stop. This does not undo earlier cloud processing.
Retention and limits
Optional request logging is currently disabled. Session resumption state may remain for up to 24 hours. Abuse monitoring may retain relevant prompts, context and outputs for 55 days. These exceptions are separate from optional request logs.
Votel keeps the account, subscription, usage and purchase records needed to provide the service. Detailed usage has a 30-day cleanup target; support codes last seven days. Financial records, backups and historical copies are not promised immediate deletion.
Apple and subscriptions
Purchases and restoration use Apple. Votel does not receive Apple passwords, card numbers or full payment details. An extra Votel account is not required.
This website and support
This site has no advertising, third-party analytics scripts or collection forms. Basic request and security information may be processed to operate and protect the website.
Public support and privacy contact channels are being prepared. Test participants should use their original test contact channel. Do not send passwords, login tokens or unnecessary recordings and captions.
